Founding config. represents the culmination of Tyler’s experience in the tech systems integration world as a reseller and his experience in the world of manufacturing and distribution. Tyler understands his client’s pain points and takes on the hard stuff so his clients get high-quality results without having to do the work. He loves finding simple solutions to complex problems, and he’s been known to roll up his sleeves, grab his toolkit himself. “The service I provide is simplicity.” When he’s out of the office, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and getting outdoors. Golf, snowboarding, hunting, fishing and camping are among his simple pleasures.

Jennifer got her start as a customer service representative for punch list resolution in 2007. She’s worn many hats in the industry since then. For config. Jennifer works as a liaison between manufacturers and dealers to get project details, put together quotes and make life simpler for our clients. A knack for detail and understanding of product make her a natural. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs.

Gary serves config. clients in Sacramento and the Central Valley from Redding to Visalia, as well as Northern Nevada (Reno, Carson and Sparks). A sales rep. since he graduated from college, Gary knows that clients’ questions aren’t hypothetical. He knows they need responses right away. His job is to make it easier for clients to work with our manufacturer partners and he loves solving problems. When he’s not talking shop, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, swimming and playing golf. Ask him what he’s been reading.
