Founding config. represents the culmination of Tyler’s experience in the tech systems integration world as a reseller and his experience in the world of manufacturing and distribution. Tyler understands his client’s pain points and takes on the hard stuff so his clients get high-quality results without having to do the work. He loves finding simple solutions to complex problems, and he’s been known to roll up his sleeves, grab his toolkit himself. “The service I provide is simplicity.” When he’s out of the office, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and getting outdoors. Golf, snowboarding, hunting, fishing and camping are among his simple pleasures.

Cora is passionate about helping config. clients excel at their work and she loves the design-forward world of furniture. If you’ve ever seen her wheeling an office chair through the streets of San Francisco, you’ll understand the lengths she’ll go to for our dealers. From information lookups to product training to weekly in-person visits, Cora gets config.’s partners the resources they need to get the job done. Cora comes to config. after eight years at AMQ. Outside the office, she enjoys running, hiking, gardening and baking sourdough bread for her family. Cora is the Territory Manager for San Francisco, North Bay and the East Bay.

Gary serves config. clients in Sacramento and the Central Valley from Redding to Visalia, as well as Northern Nevada (Reno, Carson and Sparks). A sales rep. since he graduated from college, Gary knows that clients’ questions aren’t hypothetical. He knows they need responses right away. His job is to make it easier for clients to work with our manufacturer partners and he loves solving problems. When he’s not talking shop, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, swimming and playing golf. Ask him what he’s been reading.

Jennifer got her start as a customer service representative for punch list resolution in 2007. She’s worn many hats in the industry since then. For config. Jennifer works as a liaison between manufacturers and dealers to get project details, put together quotes and make life simpler for our clients. A knack for detail and understanding of product make her a natural. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs.

Trained as an interior designer, Arianna helps dealers visualize their furnishing selections—beginning with clear, accurate cost estimates. She delivers quotes, solves problems and returns answers quickly. For larger jobs, special projects, and RFPs, Arianna draws on her interior design background to provide visualizations and space-planning solutions. She’s the rare designer in the commercial furniture world and loves putting her creative talents to work for config’s dealers and A&D partners. In her spare time, Arianna can be found redecorating the rooms in her own house with hand-made wall treatments, DIY beams, and other custom design elements. She holds a degree in Architecture and Interior Design, and comes to config. after seven years in the commercial interiors industry.
